We'll start with a health history intake and a conversation about your goals. Treatment is always tailored to you and may include assessment, hands-on therapy, and personalized home care suggestions.
Only to your comfort level. You’ll be securely draped at all times, and your consent will be asked before treating any area.
Massage shouldn't be painful. You may feel some discomfort during deeper work, but we always work within your tolerance and check in regularly.

Yes, all treatments are performed by RMTs, licensed and in good standing with the provincial regulatory body, the CMTO (Colllege of Massage Therapists of Ontario).
Absolutely, although we do not recommend getting deep tissue massage to the lower back or abdomen in the first trimester. We offer prenatal massage tailored to your trimester and comfort - as the weeks progress you may be more comfortable in the side lying position.
